Gear is a stockpile problem
Mithril, Charm Guides, Designs, Forgehammers and widgets do not refill like food. Spreading them across every slot looks busy and leaves you with a city full of half-upgraded trash when Officer Project or Strongest Governor opens.
Governor gear first, but not every slot
Open the governor gear planner with a multi-track ?p= if you are raising two pieces at once. Pick the slots that match how you actually fight — garrison tanks and rally leads are not the same set. Confirm materials on the gear screen; our ladder is community-sourced.
If a scored event is within a week, hold the Mithril. The KvK prep checklist and Strongest Governor day guide exist so you do not donate your only Mithril to an unthemed Tuesday.
Charms as a planned track, not a completionist badge
The charm planner totals Guides, Designs and City Construction points between two ranks. Choose two or three charms you will still care about next month. A charm you never rank during an event is just inventory clutter.
Exclusive gear on one hero
Widgets and Forgehammers belong on the same hero you already committed shards to — see the F2P hero priority guide. Use the hero widgets planner and Forgehammer planner so the next exclusive level is a number, not a guess.
Share the combined spend from the Progression hub only for the building/research/troop rows that sit next to the gear dump. Gear planners are not b:/r: segments; keep those URLs separate so the encoding stays honest.
We do not invent T6+ troop costs or a full items catalog to make this path look complete. If a material is not in core JSON, the planner will not pretend it is.
