Leave Include prerequisites on to pull in Town Center gates, community building requirements, and Truegold-stage gates when you set a TG target. Named speed/cost bonuses are optional extras — only tick them if they are not already in your Construction speed % field. Hero Hall rooms have no cost table here, so they show as unmet gates instead of a priced row.
